It outlines how TMS, along with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit www.themoneysource.com, and any other websites or accounts that TMS operates on social media sites, and any other online interactions you may have with us that link to this Policy (collectively, “Online Services”).

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule

  • We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children including those under 13 years of age. If we determine during collection that a user is under 13, we will not use or retain their personal information without parental or guardian consent. Should we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our records.

  • We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, credit report, or health information to non-affiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
