And from that, we created the People Matter Council, which is made up of team members throughout TMS and whose mission it is to identify and create opportunities to improve the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. From recognizing and celebrating our existing communities, to identifying areas of opportunity in our employment practices and norms, this Council is empowered to ensure that everyone has a voice and that our actions are matching our words.
