Q: WHAT ARE MY CANCELLATION OPTIONS FOR PAYMENTS MADE?

Your cancellation options regarding ACH Re-Occurring Payment Authorization
I (we) understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until I (we) notify The Money Source Inc, either orally or in writing at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer, that I (we) intend to cancel the re-occurring payment. Written corresponded should be mailed to The Money Source Inc, 500 South Broad Street, Suite 100A, Meriden, CT 06450 or by phone, 1-866-867-0330, Monday-Friday from 8am – 10pm or Saturday from 8am to 12pm.

Your cancellation options regarding One-Time ACH Payment Authorization
I (we) understand that Onetime payment can be cancelled within 30 minutes of this request by phone, The Money Source Inc at 1-866-867-0330, Monday-Friday from 8am – 10pm or Saturday from 8am to 12pm. However, I (we) understand that in the case where the one-time draft was made at close of business, it will not be possible to cancel.
